"Upon entry to the room the window was open and it was raining so the room was freezing and smelt damp. We could not shut the window and even the porter had trouble shutting it. The check in we had to wait nearly 15 mins to check in which time 5 members of staff saw us but did not ask if we needed help. I thought the rooms were of poor quality for the star rating of the hotel and although it was recommeneded by a very close friend who is an executive of a large pharmacutical company in NI and ROI I would not recommend it on."
