"I was grateful to only be staying at the hotel for one night, and would have gone to another hotel if my stay was going to be longer. The dinner was very, good although the classical music was very loud coming from the little music system that was perched on one of the tables. I was concerned at breakfast as the hot English buffet was not containing freshly cooked food (and I was in the restaurant from early after it opened), the hotplate was too hot which meant that the beans, tomatoes and eggs were bubbling with the heat and drying out. There was no fresh coffee, as per the menu, but a machine to the side of the restaurant. Further, there was no basket of little croissants like the menu said that there would be. Orange segments looked very sad and I wondered how many days they had actually been on display. The room was very 1970s-style with a coloured suite and a door that did not open fully. It is OK for a one night stay but there are better hotels nearby if you are looking for a bit of comfort. I would not recommend this to anybody."

"Incorporating the above comments - I would not stay in a hotel related to Quality/hanover again. I understand that I wouldnt be getting 5* treatment but the rooms, the noise and the experience wasnt the best!!"

"Very friendly receptionist. We arrived early and I had a headache from travelling, and she very kindly set the room up early for us so we could settle. Thankyou. For the price we paid, we didnt expect the swimming pool/gym and so hadnt packed any swim wear."
