"we stayed in the hotel 2 nights previous and asked if we could have an early check in and we were told yes we could and it was put on to the computer when we arrived at 12.05pm we were told we couldnt do this and we couldnt check in until 3pm. this was unacceptable as we were going to the football match which started at 2pm hence we went earlier to freshen up before the match as we had travelled over from sheffield. so in order to check in at 3pm would mean us coming out of the ground so we had to wait till after the match. also we wanted a drink from the bar at 12.30 and were told this didnt open till 3pm?? surely residents can drink in a bar? apart from that our stay was good but not as good as our first night. close to old trafford"
